  • Click and Ship Limited reserves the right to decline returns that do not meet these conditions.

Exchanges

  • We offer exchanges for items in cases where a different size, color, or variant is desired.
  • The item for exchange must be unused, in its original condition, and with intact packaging.
  • Exchanges are subject to availability; if the desired item is unavailable, store credit or a refund may be provided.

Initiating Returns or Exchanges

  • To start a return or exchange process, please use the returns and exchanges form below within the specified return period.
  • Provide your order number, item details, and reason for return or exchange.
  • Our team will guide you through the process and provide instructions for returning the item via email.

Refunds

  • Once the returned item is received and inspected, we will notify you of the approval or rejection of your refund.
  • If approved, refunds will be processed and credited to the original payment method within 14 days.
  • Shipping costs for returns may not be refundable.

Exceptions
