NETFLIX TERMS AND CONDITIONS
- Eligibility: The free Netflix subscription offer ("Offer") is available to all dropshippers who sign up and maintain an active dropshipping plan with Click and Ship Limited ("Click and Ship").
- Subscription Duration: The Offer entitles eligible dropshippers to receive a complimentary Netflix subscription for the duration of their active participation in the Click and Ship dropshipping plan.
- Activation: Upon successfully signing up for the dropshipping plan, eligible dropshippers will receive instructions on how to activate their free Netflix subscription.
- Responsibility: Click and Ship Limited acts solely as a facilitator in providing the free Netflix subscription to eligible dropshippers. Any technical difficulties or issues related to the Netflix service, including but not limited to streaming quality, account access, or content availability, are the sole responsibility of Netflix, Inc. Click and Ship Limited bears no responsibility for such technical issues.
- Subscription Validity: The free Netflix subscription is valid only as long as the dropshipper remains actively enrolled in the Click and Ship dropshipping plan. In the event of discontinuation or termination of the dropshipping plan, the free Netflix subscription will be automatically revoked.
- Non-Transferable: The free Netflix subscription offered as part of this promotion is non-transferable and may not be exchanged for cash or any other services.
- Fair Usage: Dropshippers must adhere to Netflix's terms of use and fair usage policies while utilizing the free subscription. Any violations of these terms may result in the suspension or termination of the Netflix account by Netflix, Inc.
- Modification and Termination: Click and Ship Limited reserves the right to modify, suspend, or terminate the Offer at any time, with or without prior notice, at its sole discretion. In the event of such modification, suspension, or termination, Click and Ship Limited will not be liable to dropshippers for any resulting damages or losses.
- Acceptance of Terms: By signing up for the Click and Ship dropshipping plan and activating the free Netflix subscription, dropshippers agree to abide by these terms and conditions in their entirety.
